The Hyatt Care Fund is launching with initial contributions by the Hyatt Hotels Foundation and salary reductions of Hyatt’s Senior Leadership Team and Chairman of the Board and Board of Directors. Grants will be focused on providing compensation for needs ranging from rent payments to groceries or childcare assistance to utilities/other monthly payments. Initially, we are prioritizing colleagues who are working zero hours and not eligible for government assistance. We are identifying ways in which we can provide relief to as many colleagues as possible via the Hyatt Care Fund.

How to Apply

Step One: Complete the first part of the application process through hyattconnect.com

Step Two: Receive an email with instructions regarding the second part of the application process

Step Three: Step Three: Visit E4E Relief application link above (direct URL link will also be included in email).  Applicants need to select “Infectious Disease Outbreak” for the event you’ve been impacted by and Coronavirus (COVID-19) for Epidemic Name.

Step Four: Register and complete the online application. We encourage you to use your personal email address if you are not able to access your work email outside of business hours.

Additional Information

Applications that fail to complete Step One will be rejected and instructed to complete Step One first. Through the online system, you will be able to see the real-time status of your application. Once E4E has received your completed application and all necessary supporting documentation, the application review process usually completes within 3 to 5 business days.

What Happens Next?

Once your completed application is received you will receive a notification confirming your application has been submitted. If additional information is necessary to move forward you will receive an email outlining what documentation our team needs. Upon receipt of all supporting documentation, a grant specialist will review and make a decision regarding your request. If approved, a grant distribution will be made based on your payment preference selected in the application.
